What is your favorite vacation spot?
Either Miami or New York City are my favorite vacation spots so far; I can’t choose! I loved Miami because of all the music, colors, dancing, and people! It’s an incredibly neat place to be, and it almost feels like you’re in another country. I loved NYC because of all the diversity of people, food, cultures, architecture, museums, etc. I think I could spend a lifetime there and still not get enough of the city!
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, if the weather is nice, I like to go camping, kayaking, and golfing (I say that loosely; I’m still practicing!)! I love to spend time with my family and friends—rain or shine. More than anything, I just like to spend time with people! Meeting/getting to know new people is one of my favorite things to do in the whole world.
Who are three people, living or dead, you’d like to host for dinner, and why?
- BILLY JOEL!! I’ve loved his music my entire life, and I was lucky enough to see him twice in the last couple years! I’d love to talk to the man who made the music that’s meant so much to me my whole life. Plus, he’s from NYC, so I like to imagine we’d “get a table near the street” at his favorite Italian restaurant.
- Kristen Bell: I would love to have dinner with her because I think she is so funny. I think she’d be such a fun person to hang out with and have some laughs!
- My mom’s Aunt Marie: She was my mom’s favorite aunt growing up and named me after her. I never got to meet her, so I would really enjoy meeting the person who meant that much to my mom and to learn what made Marie special to her.
